The House

The House welcomes diners with floor to ceiling windows directly overlooking The Park’s world class 18-hole golf course and natural landscapes.

Framed by high-vaulted ceilings, the dining room is adorned with natural wood tones, white and green color hues that complement its environment.

The House’s open concept creates a unique venue for events, from intimate celebrations to larger gatherings. Open for Lunch, Brunch and Dinner The House will be a special spot, not only for The Park’s golfers but also the greater community that appreciates a quality hospitality experience in a relaxed atmosphere.

The Culinary experience is led by Executive Chef Jason Van Bomel, a West Palm Beach native, with experience spanning three decades.

For lunch, guests can experience a bounty of creative dishes such as spiny lobster “corn dogs,” seared tuna & avocado salad, grilled steak sandwich with sauteed onions and Gruyere cheese, or a classic spread of chilled market oysters with a signature cider mignonette and house-made hot sauce. That’s not all…

At dinner, savor a Florida trio of snapper, accompanied by tropical fruits, hearts of palm, ginger-scented spinach, and spiny lobster red potato mash with smoked tangerine sauce and molasses. Or, a crabcake highlighting jumbo pieces of crabmeat and crispy oysters, topped with savory sherry mustard cream.

The House will also serve brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, boasting sweet and savory favorites from blueberry waffles with lemon cheesecake cream to huevos rancheros over a combination of crispy tortillas, slow-cooked chicken, and bacon-scented black beans.
