The House welcomes diners with floor to ceiling windows directly overlooking The Park’s world class 18-hole golf course and natural landscapes.
Framed by high-vaulted ceilings, the dining room is adorned with natural wood tones, white and green color hues that complement its environment.
The House’s open concept creates a unique venue for events, from intimate celebrations to larger gatherings. Restaurant meets Golf
The Culinary experience is led by Executive Chef Jason Van Bomel, a West Palm Beach native, with experience spanning three decades.
For lunch, guests can experience a bounty of creative dishes such as spiny lobster “corndog”, cornmeal-crusted oyster po’boy, smoked Wahoo fish dip served with spicy pickled peppers and white corn tortillas, or a classic spread of chilled market oysters with a signature cider mignonette, house-made hot sauce and lemon old sour. That’s not all….
At dinner, a Florida trio of snapper, accompanied by tropical fruits, hearts of palm, ginger-scented spinach and spiny lobster red potato mash with a smoked tangerine sauce and molasses. Or a crab cake highlighting jumbo pieces of crab meat atop baby artichokes, bacon, leeks and crispy oysters adorned with a savory sherry mustard cream.
The House will also serve brunch on Saturdays and Sundays boasting sweet and savory favorites such as guava and cream cheese stuffed French toast to a fully loaded Mexican-inspired fried chicken over a green chili and corn waffle.
The House’s open concept creates a unique venue for events, from small meetings to larger celebrations. These two unique privatespaces include a pre-function area and outside terrace with breathtaking views of The Park.
